In the middle of the village is a large Lappish lake which provides a centre of much activity in the village. kslompolo is better known by the resort name Ylls, which is also the name of the skiing fell shared between the two villages situated on either side of the mountain. Ylls provides an excellent mix of unspoilt nature, peace and tranquillity, Lappish atmosphere, tradition and activities. Recreation:If youre looking for guided holiday activities, then the hotel reception will be pleased to advise you about the wealth of options and programmes available.The emphasis in the restaurants menu is on traditional Lapp cuisine with reindeer and game occupying pride of place. The restaurant has a stage and dance floor and seats 350 guests. The foyer bar with it's cosy fireplace seats 60 persons and is a firm favourite with locals and visitors alike.Gym Feelgood is the place for workout! The gym was opened at December 2004 and it is designed to beginners as well as more experienced athletes.
