Even tough, the hotel is not located in the centre of Weimar, it's within walking distance and as the park opposite the hotel might invite for a stroll in the evening.

The hotel exterior is very impressive with a high arched glass window situated over the wide entrance. The building is modern, but graceful and attractively proportioned.

The lobby area is very bright due to the natural light which streams through the glass archway.

This modern hotel lies in a quite location next to the Goethepark beside the River Ilm, about 1 km from the historic old town and its many attractive sights such as the famous Goethe house, Weimar castle and the Belvedere palace. A bus stop located directly in front of the hotel offers good connections with the rest of the public transport network.

The hotel occupies a modern building combining style and elegance and comprises 294 rooms with six suites spread over five floors. Facilities on offer include a foyer with a cosy reception area, lifts, a bar and numerous conference rooms (equipped with Internet access). Guests can relax in the beer garden or spoil themselves in the bistro and restaurant (with non-smoking area). A further convenience is the room service, available from 7:00 am until 10:00 pm. There are parking spaces and an underground garage on the premises available for those arriving by car and bicycles can be hired from the hotel (charges apply).
