The hotel is built on the former site of a Grade II listed Boys Grammar School. Whilst retaining 19th century elegance and architectural detail, it seamlessly integrates contemporary design.
The lobby is lovely and despite being fairly small in size is modern, decorated in white with plush red sofas and minimal furnishings. The large windows from the bar area provide lots of natural light and the high ceilings of the listed building create the impression of more space.
This hotel is located in the heart of Sheffield city centre, in the new development of Leopold Square. The hotel is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The City Hall tram stop is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
