There is a small reception area in traditional style that opens up to a large flight of stairs that lead to the rooms and to the beautiful, large drawing room typical of Venetian palaces.

Rooms are exceptionally spacious for Venice capacity and some rooms can easily accommodate large families of 5 or 6 members. They are pleasantly and elegantly decorated and furnished in a luxurious Venetian style, typical of a superior class hotel. Rooms and bathrooms have been recently renovated and are in very good condition. There are only a few essential amenities.
Breakfast is served in the room on prior arrangement between the guest and the host.
