This comfortable hotel is situated in a wonderful location beside the sea. It is just a few steps to the inviting Playa Pocillos beach, just across the promenade. The centre of Puerto del Carmen, with a multitude of entertainment venues is located 3 km away and easily reached using the regular bus service (which stops 200 m from the hotel) or by taxi.

Built in 1994, the hotel includes a total of 530 rooms spread over 4 floors, of which 473 are doubles and 4 are suites. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a shop, a hairdresser and a beauty salon. Guests are also offered a piano bar, a lounge, a night bar with live music and an entertainment programme as well as an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area. In addition, an Internet terminal and for younger guests, a children's playground and a kids' club (for 4-12 year olds, 6 days a week) are also available. A laundry service completes the amenities on offer at this hotel.
