The centre of Kinloch Rannoch as well as a bus stop are to be found some 10 minutes walk away and it is around 30 minutes to a selection of bars, restaurants and shopping venues. A nightclub, train station and ski area with cross-country ski trails are to be found about 1 hour's drive away.
Established as a shooting lodge in the Highlands in 1886, this family-friendly hotel was renovated in 2000, with the original lodge's features retained, and affords grounds covering around 1 square kilometre. There are a total of 45 rooms spread over 3 floors, with 35 new luxurious rooms. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk and a lift in addition to a bar a restaurant with 3 highchairs for infants and 2 conference rooms.
