This apartment complex is located in the Marina Dor residential area, around 2 km from the city centre. The complex offers guests apartments either in the row of buildings at the water's edge or in the next row back. Just a short walk away there are opportunities for bathing, a sports centre, a supermarket and a multitude of restaurants and discos.

The apartment complex comprises several buildings, all with lift access. There is also a TV room and a laundrette. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the parking spaces and garage facilities (for an additional fee).

The apartments are furnished to the usual standard.

The complex also offers use of the swimming pool from 15/06 to 30/09 and guests will find facilities for riding in the near vicinity.

Pets are not permitted in the complex. Towels and bedclothes are not included in the price. It is possible to hire bedclothes from reception for an additional fee per week (to be paid on arrival). A deposit must also be paid on arrival.
