The hotel has the same traditional facade as the surrounding residential estates. The entrance of the hotel is somewhat hidden, but still easy to find.
The lobby is small. There is a seating area opposite the small reception desk. There is also a small ticket office for train and bus tickets.

The "Ostankino Telecom Tower" and "Count Sheremetyev's Palace" are located close by, along with the "Olimpijsky" sports complex and the beautiful Botanical Gardens. Vladikino/ Petrovsko-Rasumovskaya underground station lies about 500 m away, the "All-Russia" convention centre is around 6 km away, the city centre, Red Square, the Bolshevik Theatre, and the exhibition centre are all within 11 km of the hotel. Guests will reach Scheremetjewo International Airport in approximately 30 km, with Domodedowo airport some 55 km away and Wnukowo airport around 40 km from the hotel.
