Meininger City Hostel & Hotel Engelbertstrasse

The hotel distinguishes itself, as do our other hostels, by its central location. Highlights such as the Cologne Dom (Cathedral), the Old Town and the Schildergasse shopping mile are in the direct vicinity. Further sights can either be seen by just taking a short walk or be easily reached with public transportation. It is especially easy for exhibition visitors to reach us. The STR 1 takes 8 minutes to reach Rudolfplatz from the exhibition hall Koeln Messe Deutz.

The central location, great comfort and fair prices combined with the multilingual staff and personal atmosphere make your stay something special. The excellent public transport connection makes the hostel a great choice, especially for those participating in exhibitions. The hostel offers internet access and W-LAN (with charge) access for a small fee so that you may surf, chat and check email. Additionally you can enjoy a nice evening in the in-house bar.

All rooms are non-smoking. Rooms are available starting at 3 pm on the date of arrival, although you may check-in prior to that. The free luggage room is available for storing luggage in the meantime.
