The hotel is housed in a building dating back to 1900 that was once home to the famous Melantrich printing house and underwent complete refurbishment to transform it into a modern, multi-functional hotel in 2004. This hotel lies within a building that wrote history: from its balcony, President Havel held a speech marking the end of the Communist era in the Czech Republic. There are a total of 15 accommodation units on offer and facilities include a 24-hour reception desk, a restaurant, a breakfast room, a hairdressing salon and a car park.
