This 3 storey brown brick building is surrounded by greenery, in a pleasant setting.

The lobby is medium in size with a marble floor and a seating area to the side of the reception area. A very pleasant lobby indeed which is in good condition.

Moreover, it is just 15 km to Manchester airport and about one hour's drive to Liverpool airport (approximately 60 km). The lakes and mountains of the Lake District lie some 150 km from Manchester.
