Guests are welcomed in the foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a cloakroom and lift. Additionally various shops, a cafe, a newspaper stand, a bar, a pub, a hairdresser, a nightclub, a small supermarket and a restaurant are also available on site. Furthermore, the complex offers conference facilities, room service and parking facilities and for an additional fee guests may use the Internet access, laundry service and garage.
