This hotel lies on the south coast of Cyprus in the Greek part of the island just 4.5 km from Limassol. The complex lies just across the road from the local sand/ pebble beach and around 1 km from the shopping and entertainment centre of Yermasoyia. The nearest stop for the public transport service lies just a short distance from the complex and transfer to Larnaca airport, which lies approximately 70 km away, takes roughly 1 hour.

This 6-storey hotel underwent renovation work in 2004 and comprises a total of 130 rooms. Facilities include an air-conditioning foyer with a 24-hour reception area, a safe, a lift and a lobby bar with a cosy seating area. Further facilities include a TV room/ lounge, Internet access (for an additional fee) and an inviting restaurant where a diverse selection of foods and beverages are on offer. On payment of an additional fee, the laundry service may be made use of and a car park is also available.

The Navarria Hotel offers 130 elegantly decorated, comfortable twin rooms designed in a way that allows the guest to relax and feel at home. Each room comes with a private balcony overlooking the aquamarine Mediterranean or the mountainous landscape. All rooms are heated as well as air-conditioned, furnished with a radio, direct dial telephone and a satellite TV. Fridges are also available for rent.
