Our residence offers spacious flats with all the modern comforts of home. Each room offers you your own kitchen, fully equipped. This offers you freedom and privacy; you don't need to dress up in the evening, no obligation to visit a restaurant, you have time to work 'at home' (there are PC-plugs in each room). Rooms feel like the comfort of home without the impersonal hotel room. There is more space in our flats compared to standard hotels. Each room comes with kitchen with fridge, electric cooking plates, microwave oven, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses for 4 persons. Each room has a direct telephone line with phone directory, modem connection, private bathroom with sink, bath, shower and toilet. The living room is furnished and comes with a cable TV for your relaxation. Wireless internet is available in every flat. Each room has weekly cleaning, bed linen changing, towel change, and wireless internet. **The reception is only open between 9 A.M. and 10 P.M. from Mon-Fri and from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M. on Sat and Sun. If guests shall arrive when the reception is not open, they should call prior to the date of arrival to advise the hotel of their time of arrival so somebody could check them in.****There is a parking fee of 10 euos**
