The entire property was opened in 2006, so the rooms are all in good condition. The one bedroom consists of kitchen, leading through to lounge and a bedroom and bathroom leading off from the lounge. The bathroom and bedrooms are both compact in size. The bedding configuration is queen bed, no twin available. Many of the upper floors have excellent harbour views, the other view is across the central city area.
There is no restaurant in the property , there are a number of restaurants within a few minutes walk of the building. There is a supermarket within 250 metres of the building useful for buying provisions for self catering.
