The beach hotel is situated on the Hicacos peninsula in the province of Matanzas, which is famous for its warm, turquoise-blue waters. Located in the tourist centre of Varadero beside the 1.2 km long white sand beach, the hotel is sheltered by a rocky headland that juts out into the sea. La Cueva del Pirata nightclub is 200 m away. Warm temperatures may be enjoyed here throughout the year.
The air-conditioned bungalow complex with tropical gardens and a terrace comprises 5 floors with 534 rooms of which 31 are junior suites.
