This hotel is located on the gently sloping, beautiful sandy Playa Bavaro and is shaded by palm trees. The centre is around a 10-minute walk away and the transfer time to Punta Cana Airport takes around 15 minutes. It is surrounded by an 18-hole golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, which lies right on the seafront.

This modern hotel comprises several 2-floor buildings with 540 double rooms altogether. The elegant reception pavilion awaits guests with a lobby and a 24-hour reception desk. The wide range of facilities includes a shopping centre with various boutiques, a souvenir shop and a beauty/ hairdressing salon as well as the exclusive Royal Club. A diverse range of dining options is available including 3 bars and a number of restaurants (a buffet restaurant, 4 a la carte restaurants, a pizzeria and a steakhouse). Entertainment is provided by a nightclub and a covered auditorium where evening events are held. Furthermore, room and laundry services are offered as well as medical care and a kids' club for younger guests (2-14 years) is also available.

Check-in is from 3 pm and guests must check out by 1 pm. Pets are not allowed.

The large bedrooms have a light colour scheme and tiled floor. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms are in very good condition.

There are numerous restaurants and bars. Cuisine on offer includes Italian, Chinese and Mexican.
