Originally an elegant Victorian mansion in the grand Scottish tradition, the Orwell Lodge Hotel has been tastefully renovated and extended in recent years to combine the charm of the old with a modern comfortable feel. This Hotel offers 10 rooms of a three star standard, bar, small restaurant and two function suites. The 10 bedrooms are decorated in a traditional fashion and located on the first and second floors.
Each room is equipped with ensuite facilities, color television, hair dryer and direct dial telephone. The hotel does not have a lift and the night porter is on duty through the night should you require assistance. The lounge restaurant is open from breakfast each morning then serving lunch, bar snacks and evening meals. The hotel offers parking for the residents and is on the main bus route.
