This hotel takes the top couple of floors in what is primarily an office building. The exterior would be fairly easily missed if it weren't for the grand entrance.
The lobby is the only part of the hotel at street level and is large and very modern.

The harbour is virtually on the hotel doorstep, and just a short walk away guests will find the market square, the old market hall and the Esplanade Park, which offers fine shops and is popular both locals and visitors alike especially in spring.
