The parador offers 38 rooms including two suites.They imitate convent cells with vaulted ceilings supported by wood painted beams but always with all modern facilities available, such as, air-conditioning, mini-bar, full bathroom, satellite TV.
Small but cosy and welcoming, somewhere to sample very good regional cuisine and some other more sophisticated dishes. Among the recommended dishes you have garlic soup, roasted lamb and to accompany them the typical anisette from Chinchon. They also have an attractive children menu.
