Parador

The Parador is located at 01kms from Manzanares. Between three of the most beautiful natuire reserves of the country: Cabaneros, the Ruidera Lagoons an teh Tablas de Daimiel. 1208AB

This parador was built in 1929 and represents the prototype of the traditional parador by the motorway, keeping La Mancha copuntry house style in Mazanares.

It is modern and functional based and following the la Mancha country house decoration.

Typical dishes of the region are "Pisto Manchego" (a mixed vegetable dish), las Migas de Pastor, el Mojete and los Galianos. The good quality wines are mild. El Queso Manchego (Cheese from La Mancha) is famous worldwide and also well known are las Berenjenas de Almagro (Aubergines from Almagro).
