A modern building found on the left bank of the river Tormes on a hillock opposite the monumental centre of the city. Due to its location it enjoys a magnificent panorama of Salamanca, now declared a protected site and a national monument.

This hotel is set in the area known as Teso de la Feria, as it is the placed where the cattle market (Feria de Ganado) was held in the past. The hotel is located on the left bank of the Tormes River, opposite the Roman bridge and at the beginning of the exit to Caceres on the N601. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel lie links to the public transport network and the town centre, where guests will find the bus station, the train station and shopping venues, is around a 10-minute ride away. Valladolid is some 100 km away.

Located to the south of the city, at a privileged panoramic viewpoint from which can be made out the monumental silhouette. From Zamora go towards Bejar and Portugal, and from Madrid take the N-VI to Sanchidrian and Salamanca. The Parador is on the left, before entering the city.
