The Parador is located in Santiago's old quarter, in Plaza del Obradorio where some of the most outstanding monuments of the city can also be found. 1208AB

The hotel is housed in a monumental medieval building and was constructed in 1499 by the catholic monarchs as a royal hospital. It is today thought to be the oldest hotel in the world.
