The hotel was built in 1987 and has hints of late eighties architecture with light yellow bricks and a wooden panelled facade which attempts to add age and character to the building. It is a low rise construction of only 2 floors located in a featureless business park of offices and warehouses.

Open planned and medium in size, the lobby offers stylish Danish designer seating and an informal ambiance with Park Inn's customary satellite check-in desks.

Within the Park Inn in Vejle are 135 spacious double rooms, each 33 sq metres in size. The rooms are well furnished in a Nordic style with simple furniture and warm colours creating a cosy but functional space. Free movie channels are available in all rooms, which is ideal for families. Bathrooms are large and clean with white tiles from floor to ceiling.

The Pavillonen Restaurant serves internationally inspired Scandinavian cuisine alongside fabulous views of the Vejle river and surrounding countryside. It is in this restaurant that the hotel's continental breakfast buffet is served. In summer this buffet can be eaten outdoors on the south facing terrace. The hotel also has a popular bar where it is possible to purchase a light snack and drinks in the evening, or watch football on the large screen, and enjoy a game of billiards, pool, air hockey or darts.
