Guests coming from Milan/Bologna by car should follow the A1 Autostrada South towards Firenze/Roma. From Pisa Airport follow the blue signs for Firenze. Exit at Scandicci and follow the green motorway signs for Firenze/Roma. Collect a ticket at the toll booth and follow the A1 Autostrada South towards Roma. All drivers: turn off the A1 Florence/Rome motorway at Orte onto the E45 dual-carriageway towards Narni-Perugia-Terni. After 4 km take the turn-off sign posted Narni and keep following this road through Nera Montoro, over the traffic lights, under the railway bridge and through Stifone. 6 km from the Narni turn off with Narni visible high up ahead, take the 180 degree turn to the right towards Roma. After 2.5 km at Taizzano with the Trattoria Tiberina on the left, turn right at the blue sign for Taizzano and drive down past the football pitch. Follow this road over the crossroads into Treie past the metal benches on the right. After the right hand bend and 2 km from the Trattoria Iberina turn off. Just before the electricity tower, turn left into the Strada del Castello. Guests should be particularly careful turning left here, as there are oncoming vehicles coming around the blind bend in front. Continue along this road for around 1.5 km, tarmac turning to white track, past the equestrian centre on the left. Follow the S-bend which leads eventually to the property.
