A good-value hotel, well located hotel offering all the facilities one would expect from a city centre three-star. The decor is dated but the hotel is currently undergoing renovation to lift the standard of the hotel into 4-star status.

The lobby is rather small in size, although welcoming and friendly.

This hotel is considered one of the top conference venues in the city of Birmingham due to its central location, diverse range of facilities and excellent services. It is just 1.6 km to the city centre whilst the National Exhibition Centre is some 8 km away and various attractions including the Sea Life Centre are to be found at a distance of 1.5 km from the hotel. It is a 30-minute drive to the international airport.

The air-conditioned hotel offers 3 floors with a total of 63 rooms and facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a cloakroom, a lift, a bar and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area. The conference rooms may also be taken advantage of as can the room, laundry and medical services. Those arriving by car may make use of the car park and garage facilities.
