The dinning room, banquet/ breakfast room are in another building. The dining room is perched like a huge greenhouse on top of this walled town with fabulous views across the Minho to Spain.

Architecturally there is much to be said for preserving the original buildings individually.
The bar disco and sitting-room are in a separate building, at one time used as the garrison prison.
