The hotel is within the Palazzo Calbo-Crotta, a Gothic construction of the fifteenth century.
The lobby is large with elegant and refined furnishings. The entry consists of glass doors, which help to create a more natural light. On the right side there is a place to sit with chairs with red and gold details. The walls are cream-coloured, with a partial coverage of green marble. The atmosphere is enriched with beautiful lamps. The seating area consists of yellow or red couches and glass tables. A narrow entrance, which consists of an arch with two columns and a red staircase, leads to the upper floors.
