This is a modern, 3 storey building painted in the ocre colour typical of this area.

The large lobby is laid out with rusty coloured terracotta tiles. There is a seating area and comfortable lounge area at the back with a beautiful fountain. The lobby leads on to the open plan bar area, which is very spacious, and furnished with whicker chairs around the bar and a cosy area in the back of the bar with sofas and a large open fire.

This hotel enjoys an ideal location at the heart of historical Le Cannet, Guests will find shops 100 m away and it is just 200 m to the nearest links to the public transport network and 300 m to the tourist centre. It is just 2.5 km from Cannes with its nightlife, La Croisette and the sandy beaches. The Alpes Sud ski region is 8 km and it is just 30 km to Nice Airport.

The rooms are of medium size. They are furnished in a modern style with some mediterranean touches. Rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition.

The restaurant is located on the ground floor. It is bright and pleasantly furnished. It opens up to the hotel terrace and garden.
