The hotel comprises a total of 563 rooms spread over 27 floors. There are several bars including Hamburg's highest bar on the 26th floor with unique panoramic views, various restaurants (some including non-smoking areas) and a public Internet terminal with WLAN. There is also a bicycle rental facility in the hotel. 24-hour room service is also on offer within the hotel. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park or (for an additional fee) garage.

NB. Hotel is at present in extensive renovation and modernisation work.
