It is a set of two modern white buildings , two separated guestroom towers are suited for a tropical resort occasion.

The lobby is spacious and located in Infinity Tower but the floor is connected to Beach Tower. The duty free shop and lobby lounge are attached to the same floor.

All Beach Tower rooms are medium in size and equipped with fine room amenities including a refrigerator, in-room safe, hair dryer and air conditioner. Each room has a balcony to enjoy the tropical climate and either city or ocean view. The bathrooms are also kept in good condition.

There are two restaurants and two lounges and bars, providing casual dishes throughout the day including all day buffet restaurant, Japanese restaurant and pool-side barbecue facility. The "Top of the Reef" cocktail lounge is located on the uppermost floor and only one sky lounge in Guam, featuring variety of beverages and delectable meals with the panoramic view of Tumon Bay.
