The hotel was built in December 2004 and offers a total of 32 rooms spread over 5 floors of which 16 are suites and 16 are apartments. The reception is occupied 24-hours and there is also a safe for guests' valuables and a lift. In addition, the hotel has its own Internet terminal, car park and a garage. The hotel offers its own laundry service and room service and medical assistance if necessary.
