The apartment complex is located in the city centre, where restaurants and links to public transport can be easily accessed. The bus and train stations, the Alhambra and the cathedral are all within easy walking distance. It is 15 km from Granada airport and 35 km to the mountainous Sierra Nevada region.

The building was recently subject to a meticulous renovation, where no expense was spared on the details. The resulting style is pitched where two worlds meet, the first that of the original edifice dating back to the 16th century, and the second the world of today, with a modern influence clearly visible in the choice of materials and the contemporary construction. Internet access is available.

"Compulsory" returnable deposit of around 150 euros. Arrivals from 20:30h onwards will have a supplement of around 11 euros per hour delayed. Maximum time to check-in: 00:00h. The reception hours are from 9:00h to 14:00h from monday to friday and from 9:00 to 13:30H and from 16:30 to 20:30h saturdays and sundays.
