Rooms:Our 300 guestrooms include private bathroom, hairdryer, 110 V, telephone, air conditioning, ceiling fan, mini-bar, liquor dispenser, satellite TV, in-room safe, and balcony or terrace. **At least one person of 21 years or over in every room during March & April. The remainder of the year at least one person of 18 years or over in every room. NO student groups under 21 or "Springbreakers" accepted all year round.****Christmas and New Years cancellation policies are as follows: cancellations made less than 3 days prior will result in a 3-night penalty.**
