This 7-storey apartment complex was built in 1993, renovated in the year 2000 and consists of a total of 98 apartments, of which 64 are studios and 34 are suites. A lobby awaits guests with a reception offering 24-hour service, a currency exchange desk and a lift. Additional facilities include a hairdresser's salon, a bar, a games room, a TV room, an a la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants and an Internet terminal.
