Renovated in 2000, this complex comprises several 2-storey building with a total of 58 apartments and 24 studios. Facilities include a 24-hour reception desk with safes and a currency exchange desk, a café, a bar, a TV room, an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for infants and a public Internet terminal.
