Although the hotel is well equipped with all modern comforts, the tradition is well mixed with typical sardinian dishes, nowadays often forgotten, with natural items made just there. The parfume of wild olive trees, juniper, myrtle, holm oak, cork plantation, strawberry trees and heather together with bird's twittering give a warm welcome to visitors.
