MISHIO is a Japanese first name, written with the signs for light and salt. Both are fundamental elements for life. Light (mi) played a big part in our gastro concept. Salt (shio) was at one time more precious than gold and is the symbol for a tasteful cuisine.Our newest project opens on 9th May 2005. We have been able to achieve a unique Asian garden atmosphere including tall trees, where we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
