It is modern, 39-storey, white building in front of Shinagawa Station. There are several high-rise buildings around this area and this is the tallest one.

The lobby of this hotel is very large, light, and airy with a marbled decor and high ceiling. A large stained glass feature is one of the largest in the hotels in Japan. There are plenty of rooms to check in and seating areas available. Shops and restaurants all lead off from the main lobby area.

All rooms are medium, some with large windows and colourful bed covers, creating a more spacious feeling. All rooms are equipped with in-room safes and CNN channel for English speaking guests. Wardrobes are very small. There is no mini-bar but there is a drinks machine on each floor and shops on the ground floor.

There is plenty of choose from with something to suit everyone in the complex, including for example the restaurant Hapna which serves buffet menus, and the lounge Top of Shinagawa on the 39th floor with beautiful illuminations of the city. There is no room service at this hotel, but the Italian restaurant "24" is available 24 hours a day.
