The hotel is part of a complex featuring the Three Sisters Pub. The pub is very popular and is open until 1am every night of the week. On weekends the hotel is very often used by stag and hen parties. It is not recommended for those looking for a quiet and peaceful stay, but it is ideal for those looking for a lively and vibrant venue.

Built in 1621 for the Guild of Taylors, the building was completely renovated and transformed into a hotel in 1998. It is a stunning traditional property.

The hotel entrance is through the cobbled courtyard, which in summer months is an outdoor bar area.

Tailors Hall is ideally located in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town and is the perfect location for exploring all that Edinburgh has to offer . From this prime location in the Cowgate, it is a mere 3 min walk to the centre of The Royal mile and many of Edinburgh's most famous landmarks. Regular buses to various destinations means you will not require a car to travel, however cars can be parked in the secure NCP car park situated on St Johns Hill at the Pleasance.

This city hotel is spread over 4 floors, with 42 rooms altogether, of which 14 are singles and 28 are doubles. The entrance to the hotel and the bar is through the cobbled inner courtyard. Guests are offered a lobby with 24-hour reception and lifts as well as a drink in the bar or enjoy the barbecue in the courtyard. Room service rounds off the facilities on offer. Noises from the courtyard and the bar can be heard in the rooms.
