This complex is located in Puerto Santiago around 1 km from Playa de la Arena beach. A small shopping centre, delightful restaurants and lively bars as well as an excellent connection to the public transport network are close at hand. The centre of Los Gigantes and a small sandy beach are about 2 km away.
The 4-storey complex includes 372 apartments/studios in total. Guests arrive in a welcoming lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk and lifts. Additional facilities include a cafe, a bar, a games room, a TV room and buffet restaurant with highchairs for infants. In addition, there is a laundry service as well as a kids club for younger guests.

The one-bedroom apartments are well equipped for a comfortable stay. Facilities within the rooms include a private bathroom with a bath or shower, a terrace or balcony and direct dial telephone satellite TV and safety deposit box are available at a charge. Each also has a kitchenette with two electric cooking rings, a fridge, toaster and a kettle. Most of the rooms have a view of the pool area.
International buffet restaurants. Once a week there is Spanish day with a paella and sangria party as well as Spanish lessons.
