These apartments are situated around 100 metres from the Playa de Xeraco beach area and about 3 km from Playa de Gandia with its numerous bars, restaurants and shops. The town of Gandia is some 5 km from the accommodation.

This is an apartment complex comprising a total of 7 floors with 21 3-bedroom apartments and 14 2-bedroom apartments. From the main floor guests can access the swimming pool area, the garden and the car park.

Key collection from the Espatur office at Avda. dels Borrons, 44 - Urbanizacion Los Lirios - Playa de Xeraco from 5 pm to 8 pm. There is nowhere to deliver keys after 8 pm so clients arriving later have to wait until 9 am the following day. A deposit of approximately EUR 150 is required upon arrival and refunded at check-out. During high season the property can ask for a deposit of EUR 300-600. During Easter the property does not accept any bookings for clients under 30 years old. Check-out is at 9 am. All apartments are fully equipped with cooking utensils, bed linen and small towels.
