It is situated in the quite area of Alporchinhos, just 350 m from the picturesque beach of Nossa Senhora da Rocha and 2.5 km from the famous beach of Armacao de Pera. Public transport links are 300 m away, it is 700 m to the nearest supermarket and the nearest restaurants, bars and pubs are 2.5 km away. It is 50 km to the airport of Faro.

Built in 1990 and renovated in 2004, the hotel complex has apartments each with 4 floors without lift. The facilities include a 16-hour reception desk with a comfortable area, a hire safe, telephone, satellite TV, individual heating and kitchenette. The hotel also offers guests a coffee shop, restaurant and bar. In addition, the hotel features Internet access and laundry service.

It provides a reception service from 08:00 a.m untill 24:00p.m. (16 hours), cleaning 4 times a week, change of towels and linen once a week. Check in (after 15 pm), and check out (until 11am). Pool bar open from June til September. Sunloungers and parasols are available in Summer (June to September). Pets are not allowed.
