Modern grey multi storey building that looks slightly out of place among all the other beautiful buildings in the resort.

The reception is located on the same level as the car park behind the building but two storeys above the pedestrian area. The reception is large and spacious with ample bright red seating leading on the bar which has wonderful views overlooking the resort. The lobby is very 70s in style.

The spa hotel Thermal is a modern 4-star hotel located in the heart of the city of Karlovy Vary, on the range of the spa zone by the colonades with all the natural mineral water springs. Guests can enjoy the unique thermal swimming pool which is built into the cliff above the city and is available not only to hotel guests, but also to public, as well as the fitness centre and sauna. The Bon Cafe lobby bar is the ideal meeting point for a drink, and guests can then enjoy live music in the hotels disco. The hotel provides 273 comfortable rooms, all of which come well equipped with all the amenities needed for a cosy stay. All rooms have either balconies with views of the Karlovy Vary spa zone or French balconies with views of the thermal swimming pool built into the cliff above the city.
