Formerly an office block, this is a modern, high-rise building.
The immediate entrance of the hotel is small, with a marble floor, which leads to a grand staircase with an impressive chandelier above it. The staircase leads to a huge lobby which incorporates the brasserie-style restaurant and cosy bar. The lobby itself has a marble floor with tapestry carpets dotted around and ample seating in reds or yellows. It is a very impressive lobby exuding style. There is also a comfortable bar area located at the far end of the extensive lobby area.
The hotel is located in the city centre, beside the new business district ""Espace Nord"" and the Belgian government area. Furthermore it takes just 5 minutes to get to the Grand Place on the surrounding pedestrianised streets lined with shopping malls (Rue Neuve & City 2).
