The exterior of the hotel is very modern, in dark stone, it dominates its area.
The lobby is a definite feature of the hotel being large and beautifully decorated with cream marble throughout, it is very open-plan with plenty of seating and an attractive central staircase leading to other public areas.
This modern city hotel is located near to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Shops, restaurants and bars are in the hotel's immediate proximity and the nearest tube station is Tower Hill. There is a nightclub close by the hotel.
The conference hotel was constructed in 1973 and renovated in 2000 and consists of a total of 801 rooms on 12 floors of which 12 are suites, 89 are singles and 694 are doubles.
