Location Information
The hotel is located in Zirl, the largest village in the Innsbruck-West holiday region. It is set at the heart of the Inn valley, at the foot of the Zirler Berg mountain, and is renowned for its Christmas cribs as well as being the only wine village in Northern Tyrol. Links to public transport (the bus station) and bars can be found in the vicinity. The nearest nightlife opportunities are about a 10-minute drive away. The train station is some 4 km away. Innsbruck, the Olympic city and capital of the federal state of Tyrol, is located some 10 km away, while the Olympic skiing-area Seefeld is 15 km away.
Hotel Directions
By car from Kufstein, take the motorway A12 in the direction Innsbruck, exiting at Zirl/Ost or the federal road B171. From Arlberg, take the motorway A12 in the direction of Imst. At Telfs take the exit Zirl/Ost or the federal road B171. From Garmisch, take the B177 in the direction of Seefeld via Zirlerberg Mountain. Important! Austria's highways have a mandatory toll. The transfer (vignette) is available at all borders and petrol stations near the borders, at post offices, tobacconists and automobile clubs. Taking the bus to Zirl is recommended as the train station in Zirl is a 20-minute walk, while the bus station in Zirl is only about a minute on foot from the hotel. From the main station in Innsbruck, public buses leave almost every 30 minutes.
