Built in 2003 in minimalist style and affording an elegant design, this city conference hotel consists of a 3-storey main building and a 1-storey neighbouring building with a total of 77 rooms, of which two are wheelchair accessible. The hotel's facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception with a safe, a currency exchange desk, a lift, a kiosk, a café and a bar.
