The hotel has been rebuilt on the site of the old Villa Dvor, set above Omis on the stony slopes of the Mosor Mountains and Omis Dinara. It is situated by the River Cetina, just 20 km from Split. The hotel is surrounded by a pleasant coastal area (with both sandy and pebbly beaches close by) and is only 300 m from the sandy city beach.
