This is a very good guest house in Venice Lido. Malamocco is not so touristy therefore it is ideal for who wants to taste real local life. Malamocco was the first area of the lagoon to be inhabited therefore Venice has been designed on Malamocco image. Highly recommended. CQ 05/06

This charming hotel is situated in the Lido, in a picturesque spot. On one hand it offers peace and relaxation and all the necessary conveniences, and on the other hand it provides the perfect base from which to discover Venice and the lagoon. St. Mark's Square is only a 20-minute journey from the hotel. Links to the public transport network are to be found approximately 50 metres from the hotel. There is a strand of beach within 200 m of the hotel, and there are shopping and leisure options within 1 km of the hotel.

This friendly beach hotel has a total of 6 double rooms. In addition, there is a lobby area, Internet access and a children's playground in the garden area. A car park is provided for those arriving by car.

With their modern and attractive furnishings, the rooms are large and bright and the curved wall and the aquamarine colour of the floors conjure up an image of the sea. The rooms are all decorated with modern art paintings and are equipped with satellite TV, direct Telephones and air-con. Three communicating rooms provide an ideal solution for families or groups of friends. The large bathrooms are decorated in marble and mosaics. The rooms on the ground floor boost a small private terrace ideal to relax in a warm evening or to sunbath during the day.

There is a small but sunny breakfast room on the top floor which is used only when too cold to have breakfast outdoor. In the fine season breakfast is arranged in the garden.
